We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Prices for deliveries outside the European Union (EU) are exclusive of customs duties and local taxes. See details here.

As this piece is specially made for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we can resize or make minor adjustments if needed. Resizing is complimentary for engagement rings. For other designs, it may require remaking the entire piece due to their distinctive and complex structure, and may therefore involve a small additional cost and shipping fees.
