daŭre is a fine jewellery house born in Belgium, Antwerp, the historic heart of the diamond world. The name daŭre, meaning 'durable' or 'enduring' in Esperanto, the Universal Language. There couldn't be more appropriate to represent the brand. Diamonds are by nature eternal; they are the hardest known material. Receiving a diamond piece of jewellery is embracing a heritage, destined to be treasured for generations. With daŭre, your jewellery is even more precious and sustainable, as it sourced from an ethical process that fully respects both people and the planet.
daŭre only uses the finest quality lab-grown diamonds and 18-carat recycled gold. This conscious decision reflects our dedication to sustainability without compromising on style and quality.
LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in controlled environments using advanced technology, replicating the natural diamond formation process. They possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds, without the environmental and social issues associated with traditional diamond mining. Learn more
18K RECYCLED GOLD
Our jewelry is made with 18 carat recycled gold from pre-existing sources. As the gold standard for high jewelry, 18k gold offers unmatched prestige and excellence compared to lower carat gold. It can be melted and reshaped, ensuring the same high quality and luxury as new gold, without any loss of purity or durability.
HUMAN SAVOIR-FAIRE
All our creations are handcrafted in Antwerp (Belgium) and Rome (Italy) using traditional techniques and irreplaceable human “savoir-faire”. Our master artisans, rooted in centuries-old traditions, meticulously craft each piece for lasting durability, ensuring. the highest standards of excellence through rigorous in-house quality control.
MODERNIST INSPIRATION
Like our founders, daŭre loves architecture, especially Modernism. Emerging between the 1920s and 1970s, this era is characterized by clean lines, simple geometric shapes, and sleek functionality, the modernist era emphasizes the use of innovative materials and a minimalist aesthetic. This style prioritizes clarity, simplicity, and the absence of unnecessary frills.
That’s exactly the vibe we bring to our jewelry. Our designs are timeless, embracing both minimalism and a bold presence through the generous weight of solid gold. They balance elegant contrasts, blending curves with geometric shapes and yellow gold with white gold.
At daŭre, we also want every piece to mix and match effortlessly. By choosing pieces that you can stack and layer, you build a jewelry collection over time for future generations.
STREAMLINED PACKAGING
Our commitment would not be complete without attention to detail. We deliberately chose to streamline our packaging. No solvents or plastics are used in our assembly process. Instead of bulky shipping boxes, we use a sturdy envelope made from 100% recycled paper. Inside, you'll find the yellow daŭre signature boxe holding your jewelry. Except for the suede cushion, these boxes are made from FSC-certified paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. Solvents are replaced by water, and the glossy lamination uses a water-based varnish and bioplastic made from corn starch. For every order, you'll receive a reusable pouch made from organic cotton.
