Yes, GIA, HRD, and IGI grade lab-grown diamonds. Every daŭre piece featuring a diamond above 0.5ct comes with a HRD grading, but we can provide a GIA or IGI certificate upon request.

HRD Antwerp, the Diamond High Council, is a renowned third-party diamond gradin organization. Each HRD certificate is unique to your diamond and includes an identification number laser inscribed on the diamond.

Our daŭre experts select the most beautiful stones for you. Due to the unique nature of each diamond, the carat may not always be an exact round number and can vary slightly from the carat indicated on the product description on our website. Rest assured, you will always receive a stone carat to your advantage. For example, you might receive a 1.2 carat diamond instead of 1 carat, or 2.7 carats instead of 2.5 carats for the same price indicated. 

As they are graded and tested exactly the same as mined diamonds, we also carefully preselect our stones to offer you only the highest color (E-F) and clarity (VS1-VS2/VVS1-VVS2). Learn more here.

As each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds. However, we can make adjustments to your ring for a small fee and offer free resizing.

If your ring is damaged due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it without question. For damage occurring after two years, we will be happy to help it, and you will be charged the cost of repair plus shipping.

To conserve resources, we don't keep any stock. daŭre jewelry is custom-made in our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium, or in Rome, Italy, and is produced to order. Our jewels are handmade and can take up to 4-5 weeks to be crafted and shipped, and 6-8 weeks for engagement rings.

The easiest way to clean your daŭre jewelry at home is to fill a bowl with 2 cups of warm water and several drops of mild dish detergent. Soak your jewelry in the solution for 15 minutes. Scrub the gold jewelry with a soft baby toothbrush or a cotton swab, then rinse it with water.

No, because at daŭre, we specifically use 18K solid gold to provide our clients with high-quality pieces of jewelry that resist time and can be passed on to generations. Wear your jewels every day and enjoy them, but be mindful that life is susceptible to dings and scratches. Be cautious with your gold rings, watches, and bracelets and remove them while intense, sporting or hazardous activities.

All creations are meticulously handmade with deep respect for tradition by master artisans in our Antwerp atelier. Our chains are made in Italy by suppliers who are members of the “Responsible Jewellery Council.” Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, please note that slight variations in form and material are part of the work's unique character.

For every daŭre creation, you receive a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover:

- Scratches from normal wear.

- General wear and tear or damage from improper use or storage.

- Loss and accidental damage

- Loss of stones larger than 0.15ct
