Of course, our workshops can engrave your jewelry, as long as the message you wish to engrave fits within the available space. Engraving is free for engagement rings, for all others, a fixed fee of 25 euros will be charged. Please be aware that personalized products cannot be returned.

We have created a ring sizer that you can print.

1/ Measure with a ruler the scale to ensure that you printer prints the document in a 100% size scale.
2/ Place a ring that fits your finger on the paper and identify which circle corresponds the best to the inner diameter of your ring.

Due to their distinctive design, most of our rings cannot be easily resized. Remaking the entire piece is often necessary, which involves additional costs and shipping fees (excluding engagement rings). Our daŭre experts select the most beautiful stones for you. Due to the unique nature of each diamond, the carat may not always be an exact round number and can vary slightly from the carat indicated on the product description on our website. Rest assured, you will always receive a stone carat to your advantage. For example, you might receive a 1.2 carat diamond instead of 1 carat, or 2.7 carats instead of 2.5 carats for the same price indicated.

We cannot accept returns or accept returns or refunds for rings, bespoke and customized jewelry pieces as they are crafted specifically for you. However, we can make adjustments to your engagement ring for a small fee and offer free resizing.

If your ring is damaged due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it without question. For damage occurring after two years, we will be happy to help it, and you will be charged the cost of repair plus shipping.

For every daŭre creation, you receive a 2-years warranty for any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover:
