Due to their distinctive design, most of our rings cannot be easily resized. Remaking the entire piece is often necessary, which involves additional costs and shipping fees (excluding engagement rings). Our daŭre experts select the most beautiful stones for you. Due to the unique nature of each diamond, the carat may not always be an exact round number and can vary slightly from the carat indicated on the product description on our website. Rest assured, you will always receive a stone carat to your advantage. For example, you might receive a 1.2 carat diamond instead of 1 carat, or 2.7 carats instead of 2.5 carats for the same price indicated.

We cannot accept returns or accept returns or refunds for rings, bespoke and customized jewelry pieces as they are crafted specifically for you. However, we can make adjustments to your engagement ring for a small fee and offer free resizing.

If your ring is damaged due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace it without question. For damage occurring after two years, we will be happy to help it, and you will be charged the cost of repair plus shipping.

No, because at daŭre, we specifically use 18k or 14K solid gold to provide our clients with high-quality pieces of jewelry that resist time and can be passed on to generations. Wear your jewels every day and enjoy them, but be mindful that life is susceptible to dings and scratches. Be cautious with your gold rings, watches, and bracelets and remove them while intense, sporting or hazardous activities.

For every daŭre creation, you receive a 2-years warranty for any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover:
- Scratches from normal wear.
