Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Shipping and delivery
We commit to do our utmost to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe. However, as we aim to conserve resources, we work with a limited stock. Most of our product are indeed crafted to order. Consequently, delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product and your delivery address.
For specific made-to-order pieces such as engagement rings, please allow a 6 to8 weeks lead time.
We ship worldwide (excluding Russia and China) and offer complimentary international delivery.
For domestic shipping within the Benelux region, we partner with Mikkropaket, specialists in securely handling precious parcels and for international shipping we use DHL Express.
Shipping outside the European Union (EU) may incur additional duties or taxes. If you order from outside the EU, you will be considered the importer. The invoice will show a tax-exclusive price. Any local customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local authorities for more information.
The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities. We remain responsible for the safekeeping and condition of your product until it is delivered to you. Transfer of ownership and risk of the products take place upon delivery of the products. Therefore, all purchases require a signature upon delivery. Proof that the products have been made available to you may be provided by any legal means and in particular by the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:
The right of return applies only to products expressly indicated as “returnable” or “in stock” on our website. Custom-made or engraved jewellery cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@daure.com to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. If you wish an exchange, please indicate it in your message.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached. The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please mention the return authorization number we provide you.
We offer the return shipping costs. Returns must be made in accordance with our instructions, including the use of our designated carrier or return method. You are responsible for retaining proof of shipment and for ensuring that the return instructions have been properly followed.

7. Defective or damaged item
We take great care in packaging and shipping your jewellery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Immediately contact our customer service team at info@daure.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and, if possible, include pictures of the item and its packaging. This will help us assess the situation quickly and accurately.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process of returning the damaged or defective item. They will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that came with it. Make sure to include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees you incurred.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days and send replacements or refunds within 5 to 10 extra business days. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete and the replacement or refund has been processed.
Please be aware that slight variations in appearance may occur between your jewellery piece and the pictures displayed on our website. Factors such as lighting, screen resolution, and natural material variations can lead to subtle differences in color, texture, or finish. Such differences do not qualify as defect.
8. Resizing
If the chosen size does not fit, we provide free resizing for engagement rings. For all other jewels (i.e. rings, bracelets and necklaces) resizing may require remaking the entire piece, which involves additional costs and shipping fees. Therefore, we will provide you with a quote for the resizing work.
If you agree with the provided quote, your item must be returned as follows:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ask for a resizing of your item.
- To initiate a return for resizing, please contact our customer service team at info@daure.com to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item and pay for resizing.
- You have 7 days after having received a return authorization to return the item to be resized.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached. The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please mention the return authorization number we provided you.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs (excluding for engagement rings). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. You remain responsible for the returned item until it is received by us.
